ShortMax VIP Subscription Active but Story Locked After Episode 20

I am a VIP subscriber on the Shortmax app and I started a one-week VIP subscription for 19.99 in order to read the story titled “My Mate Sold Our Daughter to a Monster.” Despite this, the app will not allow me to continue reading after episode 20. I first noticed this problem on August 11. Since then, every time I try to go past episode 20, the app simply does not let me proceed to the next episode, even though the later episodes should already be available. My VIP subscription is active, but the content is still blocked. I have sent several emails to Shortmax support about this issue and I have not received any response at all. As a paying VIP user, I find it very disappointing that my access to the story is restricted and that my messages are being ignored. I request that my access to all available episodes of “My Mate Sold Our Daughter to a Monster” be fixed as soon as possible so that I can continue reading the story that I paid for.
