Shortmax Subscription Cannot Be Cancelled and Weekly Charges May Continue

I started a paid subscription to Shortmax directly through the Shortmax platform on 05/31/2026, and I was charged $1.99. Although the service is working, I have decided that I do not want to continue using it, especially because I do not want to be charged $19.99 per week going forward. The problem is that I am unable to cancel the subscription. It does not appear under my Google subscriptions, I never received a purchase receipt, and when I contact the help email, I keep receiving the same generic response without any real solution or clear guidance on how to cancel. As a result, I am stuck with an active subscription that I cannot manage or terminate myself. I request that my Shortmax subscription be canceled immediately and that you confirm in writing that no further weekly charges of $19.99 (or any other amount) will be taken from my account.
