Cancelation Of ShortMax Innovations Streaming Service

I subscribed to a streaming plan from ShortMax Innovations and cancelled my subscription on or about 26 December 2025. Despite this, the company has continued to charge my account $19.99 approximately every 5–6 days, for a total of 7 charges after my cancellation. I am using the service from Williamstown, NY, and my UID is 102868***. Since cancelling, I have emailed ShortMax Innovations several times. Each time I only receive a generic automated response stating they are sorry I am having an issue, but they have never actually addressed my request to cancel the subscription or to stop the charges. Because the unauthorized payments continued, I was forced to cancel my card entirely, and my bank has now opened a dispute on my behalf. I request a full refund of all charges taken after my cancellation around 26 December 2025 and a clear written confirmation that my subscription has been permanently cancelled, so that no further attempts to charge me are made.

I canceled my ShortMax Innovations subscription on December 26, 2025, but the company still attempted to charge my account and kept sending weekly emails about failed payments. Because of this situation, I had to cancel my credit card. The brand did not address my issue and offered no solution.
