Yango Pay Later Order Not Delivered – Bagallery Shein Issue

I used the Yango app with Pay Later on 30.07.2026 to place an order from the merchant Bagallery for a Shein necklace and watch set, with a total ount of 3,499 Rs under order number 21707295555. Although the order appears in my Yango account, it has never been delivered to me. When I contacted Yango customer service about the non‑delivery, they told me to contact the Shein merchant directly instead of helping to resolve the problem, even though the purchase and Pay Later transaction were made through the Yango app. I kindly request that my order be delivered as soon as possible, or that Yango coordinates with the merchant to ensure delivery, so that I not charged via Pay Later for an order I have not received.
