Wrong Deductions On SHEIN Purchase
I purchased one piece of a transparent electroplated phone case from XY-3c Exclusive Shop through the SHEIN platform on 17 August 2026. At the time of purchase, the price of the item was displayed as 25.74 GHC, however I was debited a total of 201.52 GHC for this order. This large difference between the displayed product price and the amount charged is unacceptable and has caused me financial inconvenience. I am requesting a clear explanation of why 201.52 GHC was taken for an item priced at 25.74 GHC, and I kindly ask for the immediate refund of the excess amount to my account or, if this was an error, for the total 201.52 GHC to be refunded and the order to be cancelled if necessary. I expect this issue to be investigated urgently and resolved as soon as possible, and I would like to be informed in writing of the outcome.
