SHEIN Ugreen Phone Holders Marked Delivered but Package Missing

I placed an order on SHEIN for Ugreen magnetic phone holders around two months ago, to be delivered to my apartment mailbox. The order number is GSU17X41F001PJD. According to the tracking and the screenshot I received, the package is shown as delivered on 16 July 2026, but I never received it and nothing was left in my mailbox. I contacted the post office and they confirmed that they have never had this package. I have no delivery slip, no notice, and no signature was taken, even though the tracking claims delivery. I also could not find any effective way to reach SHEIN customer service to resolve this issue, which has been very frustrating. I paid approximately 37 USD for this order and have been left without the products and without support. I request a full refund of the order amount or a reshipment of the Ugreen magnetic phone holders to my address, with proper tracking and delivery confirmation that actually corresponds to a real delivery.
