Shein Order Not Refunded After Return Due to Lack of Payment at Delivery
I placed an order with Shein months ago, and it took 1.5 months to arrive. When it finally did, the courier demanded a payment of ₺480 upon delivery. Since I didn’t have cash at the time, I told them I would pick it up from the branch. I was supposed to receive a notification when the package arrived at the branch, but no information was provided. I called and was told that if the package wasn’t picked up, it would be returned and I would receive a refund. However, I still haven’t received my money back, and I have no idea how to reach them. Please assist with this matter.
