Shein Items Returned Due to Logistics, Still No Money Back!

I ordered from Shein, but the things were returned due to "logistical reasons." On April 5th, I was informed I would receive a refund, but weeks later, the money has yet to appear in my account.
Initially, I assumed the wait was due to the previous holidays, but it's been way too long, and other customers who encountered similar problems have already received their refunds.
I'm frustrated and seeking a solution. Where is my reimbursement, Shein?
