Shein Account Phone Number Cannot Be Updated After Wrong Entry
I have a Shein account registered under the email address asta***[email protected], and I recently realized that I must have entered my phone number incorrectly on my account. Today, when I tried to change or update my phone number, I was not able to correct it. Because the number on my account is wrong, I need Shein’s help to update it to the correct phone number so that I can properly use my account and receive any necessary verification codes. I sent an email to customer service about this issue, but I have not received any response yet. I kindly request that my phone number be manually updated on my Shein account or that I be provided with clear assistance on how to correct it, so I can continue using my account without any problems.
