SHEIN $429 Refund Not Received on My Visa Card

I placed an order for clothes from Shein on 2 June and never received the package, even though the order status was later marked as delivered in the app. Because of this, I requested a refund from Shein. Shein then showed the order as refunded in the application, with a total refund amount of 429 USD, but this money has never reached my card. I use a Visa card issued in the USA, and when I contacted my bank they clearly told me they have not received any refund from Shein for this transaction. Today I contacted Shein customer service again about the missing 429 USD refund, but I only received an automated response and no real help or solution. The refund is still not visible on my card or in my bank account. I kindly request that Shein urgently investigate this issue, provide the full 429 USD refund back to my Visa card, and share a clear confirmation or proof of the refund so that I can also follow up with my bank if needed.
