ShareChat Device Restricted Without Warning Or Reason, Request Unban

I have been using Share Chat on my Android phone, and around 5 months ago my entire device was blocked from using the Share Chat app. Since that day I have not been able to access Share Chat at all from this phone, and no clear reason has been given for this ban. I contacted Share Chat support about this, but I have not received any reply or explanation so far. I do not know which rule I supposedly violated, and I was given no warning before the device was blocked. I request that my device be unblocked from Share Chat as soon as possible or that you provide a clear explanation of the reason for this ban if you believe it is justified.
