Sephora Refuses to Send Promised Gold Member Annual Gift

I have been a Sephora Gold member since 2014 and, despite this long-standing membership, I still have not received the annual gift promised to Gold members for 2024. For about two years, every time I asked about it, I was told that my gift would be sent and that the process was simply taking longer than usual, yet there has been no progress. When I contacted Gold customer service again today, I was told this time that the period had expired and that my delivery options were closed, which I found quite insufficient and not at all explanatory. As someone who has remained loyal to the brand as a Gold member for years, it is very disappointing that the gift I am entitled to, and which is part of Sephora’s own promise, is being brushed aside in this way. I kindly request that my Gold member gift be sent to me as soon as possible and that Sephora provide an apology and a suitable form of compensation for the negative experience and loss of trust caused by this process.

They said they'd email and get in touch, but nobody even called! With the amount I'm spending these days, I will now prefer Beymen beauty! At least they won't subject me to this disrespect.
