I recently bought a Sensodyne toothbrush that was supposed to have "soft bristles," but it doesn't feel soft at all. Whenever I use it, my gums start bleeding. I've never encountered this issue with other soft-bristled toothbrush brands, and I'm quite disappointed with the performance of this particular Sensodyne product.
The packaging states that the bristles are soft, but I find it misleading given the actual texture and the effect it has on my gums. Is this a situation of misleading marketing, or am I not understanding something?
