Sensodyne Consumer Concerned With Consistency and Taste of Product

I recently purchased a 4-pack of Sensodyne Repair and Protect, and one of the tubes has an irregular consistency. When applied to the toothbrush, the paste comes out very stringy, and the taste is also different compared to other Sensodyne tubes I have used in the past. The NPN number on the tube is 80108774. Should I be concerned about this issue, especially since I still have 3 more tubes left in the package?
