I noticed a charge of $39.99 from Selfcore.me on my account yesterday, listed as IQ-SELFCORE.ME. This payment was taken without my authorization and I have not knowingly approved or started any paid subscription with this company. There is no clear or accessible way on their website or service to cancel any possible subscription or to contact customer support, so I have been unable to resolve this directly with them. I request that the $39.99 unauthorized charge be fully refunded, any existing subscription linked to my information be immediately canceled, and my account and personal data with Selfcore.me be permanently deleted so that no further charges are made.
