Small Bumps On Forehead And Irritation While Using Sebamed Shampoo

I recently purchased Sebamed Anti-Hairfall Shampoo (for all skin types) online. Shortly after I started using it about a month ago, I noticed many tiny bumps appearing all over my forehead, which I did not have before using this product. I also developed pimples near my ears and along the areas where the shampoo runs down while rinsing my hair. The bumps on my forehead have become so numerous and noticeable that I now feel the need to see a dermatologist. This situation is causing me both discomfort and concern, as I strongly suspect it is related to this shampoo. I am requesting that this incident be taken seriously and that the product be investigated to understand whether it can cause such skin reactions. In addition, I would like to receive a refund for the shampoo due to the reaction I experienced and also experienced irritation on my forehead whenever I use the shampoo.
