I am having a problem with the time and other information resetting itself on the Seat Ateca car that I bought from MBU Gaziemir Izmir in 2020. Although the service was updated several times and resolved temporarily, the problem was not resolved definitively. The service stated that reinstalling the entire software from scratch would be the solution. During my last visit, although I asked them to install the navigation as an apology by saying that I had been going to the service for 3 years by sacrificing time and money, Doğuş Otomotiv did not take any action and made its point of view clear to the customer. As of yesterday, the clock resetting problem has resurfaced. When I called the service, they stated that they were waiting for the software update to be sent by Doğuş Otomotiv. For some reason, Doğuş Otomotiv has not sent the update to its service center for years and I have been forced to live with this problem for 3 years.
