Battery Problem in My 2-Year-Old Seat Ibiza

Hello there. This e-mail states my complaint about Eskisehir Asil Oto operating in Turkey. I own a 2023 model Seat Ibiza 1.0 Evo 80 HP Style vehicle with 26 AJR 725 license plate. I have been to the service 3 times that there is a problem with the battery and “the battery is almost empty”. Although I showed that I got the error with a photo, each time the battery was charged and a temporary solution was produced. After that, I started to get the same error every time after a while. I use the vehicle every day and there is no long waiting period. First, at the time of routine annual maintenance (22/11/2024) “battery almost empty” It was stated that no problem was found in the maintenance. In the second one, I stated that I continued to receive this error, the start stop did not work and 10 days later on 02/12/2024 I left the vehicle at the service again. It was a condition until the next day and it was stated that the start stop did not work because the weather was cold and the battery was fine. On the third time, when the weather got warmer, I took it to the service on 28/02/2025. Again “the battery is almost empty” The service employee stated that the battery level was at 70%, which should normally be at 92-93%, but since there was no error in the vehicle's brain, he stated that he could not make a replacement “under warranty” and my vehicle stayed there for 3 days and was finally recharged and delivered to me. Yesterday (31/03/2025), that is, 1 month after going to the service center, the “battery is almost empty” again. error and I share the photo attached. The warranty of the vehicle ended 10 days ago (on 20/03/2025) and they literally kept stalling me for the warranty of the vehicle to end. I am facing the same problem for the 4th time in 4 months and your Eskişehir Asil Oto Service is far from helping me. Although I had a battery problem for the 3rd time in a vehicle that has not yet been 2 years and the warranty has not expired, no replacement was made. If I go now, I am sure that they will say let's change for a fee because the warranty is over. I demand that my victimization be eliminated and “my battery be replaced free of charge under warranty”.
