My BHIM SBI Pay App Not Working

I am using the BHIM SBI Pay application with my SBI account on my Samsung A56 Android phone, and since yesterday I have been unable to use it because the app constantly shows error code 8. The message on the screen states that the mobile is not physical or not trusted, even though I am using my own physical device. Due to this error, I cannot use the BHIM SBI Pay app properly and it is causing me inconvenience in making UPI payments. I have not yet been able to reach SBI customer care or visit a branch regarding this problem. I request that this error code 8 issue be checked and resolved so that the BHIM SBI Pay application can recognize my phone as a trusted physical device and work normally again.
