My Account Blocked with Pending Withdrawal

I had been playing on the Instamatch platform and had made successful withdrawals to my State Bank of India, Doimukh branch account in the past without any issues. On 22 July at around 4:00 a.m., I requested a withdrawal of 30,000 to the same bank account. The transaction showed as successful on the Instamatch side, so I went to sleep trusting that the amount would reach my account. When I woke up later and checked my State Bank of India account, the 30,000 had not been credited. I then tried to log back into my Instamatch account using my phone number, Google email and other methods, but the system showed a message saying that my account had been permanently blocked. After seeing that, I contacted Instamatch customer care and explained that my 30,000 withdrawal was missing and that my account was blocked. The response I received was that they could not do anything at all and that once an account is blocked, they are unable to help. I feel cheated because my withdrawal was shown as successful on Instamatch, but the money never reached my bank, and they blocked my account without giving any proper explanation or solution.
