Saxenda Suppresses Appetite but No Weight Loss – Severe Side Effects

I have been using the Saxenda injection for three months, and while it effectively suppresses appetite, I have not lost any weight at all. I don’t understand how this is possible—if I’m eating significantly less, why am I not losing weight?

On top of that, I’ve been experiencing severe acid reflux and constipation, which have only gotten worse over time. I am now worried about long-term damage to my stomach and the possibility of developing other health issues.

Saxenda, why isn’t this working as expected? There are too many serious side effects for a product that isn’t delivering results. Has anyone else had this issue? I need answers and a solution!
