Saxenda No Longer Works – Paid ₺5000 & Seeing No Results

I used Saxenda about two years ago, and it was very effective—I successfully lost weight. So, I decided to purchase it again, spending ₺5000, expecting the same results. However, after using it for a week, I’ve noticed no real effect. The first few days, I experienced nausea and loss of appetite, but now, it does absolutely nothing except make me feel weak and fatigued. Has the formula changed? I have two unopened pens left, but I don’t want to continue using it if it’s ineffective. If I had known this would happen, I wouldn’t have wasted my money. Saxenda needs to address this issue—customers deserve to know why the product is no longer working as expected!
