Santander Made Telephone Banking Impossible for Me With Its Useless AI System
For years, I have been a devoted Santander customer; unfortunately, it has been somewhat difficult to use since they altered their telephone banking method. The new artificial intelligence system hardly works; most of the time it doesn't grasp what I'm saying, and trying to reach a real person seems unattainable. To be honest, it is a disaster. I shouldn't be under pressure to switch to internet banking; I do not wish to do so. Not everyone is at ease with digital media, hence it's annoying that Santander seems to be discounting it. Actually, the old method worked; this one simply leaves me mired. Should things not change shortly, I am seriously considering switching banks. Organize it for Santander. You have greatly disappointed a long-time client.
