Samsung Z Flip Leather Case Discoloration - Warranty Denied





On October 9, 2022, I got my Samsung Z4 Flip phone, and soon after, the original leather cover I purchased from the same store began changing color and seeming dirty. I submitted a warranty claim twice and received a fresh one each time. However, when the same issue arose again, they refused to accept it, blaming it on user mistake, and refused to replace the case or refund me. Despite the fact that we have never had this problem before, they suddenly blame it on me. I phoned customer service several times but received no assistance. After paying ₺2,000 for a case that is still under warranty but has turned into trash, I regret getting anything from Samsung.

I am very dissatisfied with choosing your company, and I deeply regret it. You couldn't find any solution. You dismissed it as user error to avoid replacing or refunding the product that is still under warranty. When I asked what my mistake was, you couldn't even provide me with an answer.
