My Samsung Bespoke Jet Bot Combo Won’t Clean Rooms and Returns Without Cleaning

I purchased the Samsung Bespoke Jet Bot Combo less than a month ago, and it’s already showing serious issues. Despite completing the mapping process, the robot doesn’t clean the designated rooms. It leaves the dock, then immediately returns to the station without entering any mapped areas. Even when I direct it to specific rooms via the app, the robot exits the dock and then turns around without cleaning anything.

I suspect there’s either a software glitch or a battery problem, but either way, this isn’t acceptable—especially for a vacuum that costs significantly more than its competitors (₺). I submitted a request for a replacement, but Samsung refused, offering only a repair instead, even though the product is practically brand new. I’ve informed them that I’ll be pursuing my legal rights for a full replacement. A high-priced device like this should work flawlessly from the start—not require repair within the first few weeks.
