On 01.09.2025 (September 1, 2025), I was playing blackjack on my phone over mobile data with a balance of ₺5,000 in my Sahabet account when I was suddenly told later that someone else had accessed my account and zeroed my balance on the “Sweet Bonanza” slot. I received no security notifications at all—no email, SMS, or password-reset message—and I could not view any replay of the losing game. My account remains active, and I have been playing on this site for 5 years without any prior security or access issues.
When I contacted Sahabet live support and customer service, I was informed that my account was “reset for security,” but no evidence or clear explanation was provided. I do not accept this response. My ₺5,000 balance was removed without justification, transparency, or the ability to review game history.
I request an immediate refund of my missing ₺5,000 and a thorough, documented investigation, including login/IP/device logs, timestamps, and the full game replay. Sahabet must restore my funds, explain why no security alerts were issued, and ensure this does not happen again.
