Roborock S8 Pro Repeated Repair Failures – Request Replacement or Refund
I purchased a Roborock S8 Pro smart robot vacuum cleaner via Hepsiburada, paying approximately 16,000 TL in three installments by credit card. The product was fine in the first month, but in the second month it started hitting and bumping into walls and stopped lifting the mop properly. I contacted the authorized service and sent the device to them twice, on 15.06.2026 and 04.07.2026. Each time the product was returned to me without any effective intervention or repair. Instead of solving the problem, they tried to explain it away with irrelevant comments about cleaning and the location of the device, and they are clearly not standing behind the product. During this period I was only able to use the product for about one month, and then I have been constantly dealing with cargo and service processes, without any clear result. The device is under warranty and, after these repeated unresolved service attempts, I requested a product replacement or a refund. I was told that they could not help me with either and that, if I sent it again, it would only be repaired once more. Since I have already sent the product twice and no solution has been provided, I do not accept this situation. I request that my Roborock S8 Pro robot vacuum, which continues to hit walls and fails to lift the mop despite two service attempts, be replaced with a new, fault-free product or that my payment be fully refunded, and that the victimization I experienced in Istanbul be resolved as soon as possible.
