I purchased a Roborock Q8 Max Pro robot vacuum cleaner via Trendyol from the seller Trendyol Express on 11 November 2025, with order number 9934912313. The device has not worked properly since the first day. It does not perform mapping correctly and, as soon as I start a cleaning session, it very quickly displays the message “cleaning finished” and ends the process, even though no actual cleaning has been done. This issue occurs without exception every single time I start a cleaning. When I contacted Roborock support about three days ago, I was told to reset the device and set it up again. I followed the instructions, reset the device, and completed the setup from scratch, but the same error and behavior continue in the same way. The device still neither creates a proper map nor cleans the house. Although the product is almost brand new and has been problematic from the very beginning, it has not improved despite all the steps I was advised to try. For this reason, I kindly request that the Roborock Q8 Max Pro robot vacuum cleaner I purchased via Trendyol be replaced one-to-one with a new product.
