I purchased a Roborock S8 Pro Plus on April 14, 2026, from Vatan in Kayseri, Türkiye. From the very first day, I have been unable to properly use the robot because I cannot find the Roborock app in the Google Play Store. I scanned the QR code provided with the product, but the link does not open, and the app is not accessible, which prevents me from controlling the robot as intended.
When I contacted customer service regarding this issue, instead of offering a working solution or an alternative way to download the app, I was simply told to change my phone. This response is unacceptable, especially considering the high cost of smartphones and the expectation that the product should be compatible with commonly used devices.
I request that Roborock urgently provide a working and accessible app link or an alternative application that can be downloaded and used in Türkiye so that I can operate my Roborock S8 Pro Plus as advertised. I also expect a clear explanation and a permanent resolution to this issue as soon as possible.
