Roborock Qrevo Curve - Region Issue and Unacceptable Customer Support

I have been experiencing issues with my Roborock Qrevo Curve for about 10 days. I deleted the Roborock app, removed the device, performed a full reset, and even changed the region to Germany, but the same issue still persists. On the first day, I was able to use advanced features such as the camera, mapping, and object recognition. However, now only the basic automatic cleaning function works on the main screen. Despite carefully following all the instructions and contacting customer support multiple times, the final response I received was: “If the store you purchased from doesn’t accept it, please try again.” Although I live in Turkey, the application shows my region as Germany, stating that the service is not available in my country. This situation creates serious inconvenience and disappointment, both technically and in terms of customer experience. This kind of response is completely unacceptable for such an expensive product. As a former Roborock user, I expected much better quality and support. Unfortunately, this product does not justify its price — even cheaper and lesser-known brands offer stronger suction power and more stable performance without such issues.
