Roblox Unauthorized Login Led to Missing Inventory Items
After my Roblox account, which I use on Windows, was infected with malware, someone gained unauthorized access to my account without my permission and stole in-game items worth approximately $61. My username is “isubzero31” and my user ID is 2783843732.
Around September 5, 2026, I logged into my account and opened the game, only to discover that some of the items in my inventory that I had spent a long time working to collect were missing. All of the security settings on my account were enabled, and I have to complete two-step verification even when I log in myself. Despite this, it appears that the unauthorized person was able to access my account directly without entering any verification code. I did not receive any device alert, login notification, or email notification.
This situation has resulted in both the loss of my time and effort and significant financial damage. I can still access my account, and I have changed my password, but the stolen in-game items have not been restored. I request that Roblox investigate why its security systems did not detect or prevent the unauthorized access, identify the person or device that accessed my account without authorization, and, if possible, restore my stolen items or the corresponding in-game value. I also request that additional security measures be applied to my account to help prevent similar incidents in the future.
