Roblox Account Stolen After Data Leak and I Can't Access My 4-Year-Old Account

Something went wrong with a website last month and my Roblox account was taken. Someone changed both my email address and phone number, and now I can't get into my account at all. I've had this email address linked to this account for four years, and it's annoying to lose access to something I worked so hard on. I need help getting back into my account right away.
