I Report Roblox Unfair Ban & Support Communication Issues

I recently received an unfair ban on Roblox. The reason given was playing on "another version" of the game. I find this explanation confusing and vague; what exactly does "another version" mean? Furthermore, they accused me of cheating. While I admit to using cheats once in the past and accepted the resulting ban, I have not engaged in any hacking or cheating since then. Despite this, I have been handed a very severe 6-month ban, which is incredibly disheartening and feels unjust given my subsequent compliance.
This lengthy ban is having a significant negative impact on my gaming experience and my ability to connect with friends on the platform. The lack of clarity regarding the ban's reason, coupled with the excessive duration, is causing considerable emotional distress. I have already contacted Roblox support and am desperately hoping for a positive response, but the process has been slow and frustrating. I urgently request that Roblox review my case, clarify the reasons for this specific ban, and ideally, reduce or lift the 6-month suspension.
