I Face Permanent Ban From Roblox Ro Ghoul Discord After Account Hack

I was a member of the official Discord server for the Roblox game Ro Ghoul (https://discord.gg/zzR5p6s) under the username l*. Around the end of September or beginning of October, my account was hacked while I was asleep. The hacker logged in to my account and used cheats in the game, which led to my permanent ban from the Discord server. Apparently, a video was submitted as evidence, and this was cited as the reason for my ban.

Afterward, I contacted the server administrators and explained the situation in detail, but they didn’t believe me and accused me of lying. My appeal was ignored, and I wasn’t asked to provide any additional information or proof. I also received a warning message only after the ban, not before. Unfortunately, I don’t have any specific evidence to prove that my account was hacked.

Additionally, my Roblox account (username: ze*)** was banned due to this same incident. When I reached out to Roblox Support, they said the issue was related to the game’s administrators and that they couldn’t assist me.

I am requesting that my case be reviewed again, and that the bans on both my Discord and Roblox accounts be lifted, as I was not the person responsible for the cheating incident.
