Valorant Account Banned for 3rd Party Software Despite Theft and Support Ticket Resolution

My Riot Games account was stolen approximately one week ago. I immediately filed a support ticket and received assistance in recovering my account. However, just two days later, my account was permanently banned for using third-party software. When I submitted another support ticket, I was repeatedly sent the same generic email response citing Section 7 of the User Agreement.

The issue here is that I was banned for a reason beyond my control. The thief who stole my account used the third-party software, not me. Despite this, Riot Games has failed to provide any meaningful resolution, simply dismissing my concerns with boilerplate responses.

I've noticed that in other regions outside of Turkey, Riot Games seems more willing to resolve similar issues. However, in Turkey, it appears that the company adheres to the same flawed justice system that plagues the rest of the country. Where is the fairness? I've yet to receive a single proper response from anyone at Riot Games.
