I Can’t Unlock My Valorant Turkey Account After Unauthorized Email Change

About 10 days ago, my Riot Games Valorant Turkey account was suddenly locked due to a security warning labeled "account locked." I am the sole user of this account—it has never been shared with anyone else. There were no suspicious activities, hacks, or login attempts. I had only logged in as usual when the lock occurred.

Since then, I’ve submitted multiple support tickets and even followed up via email, but I’ve received no response whatsoever from Riot support. To make matters worse, I later discovered that my email address was changed without my consent. My original email was s*********@gmail.com, but now it appears to be replaced by something like [email protected]. Despite this, I’m still able to log in, which adds to the confusion and concern.

I’m deeply worried about the security of my account. I urgently request that Riot restore my original email address, explain why my account was locked, and ensure my account is fully secure. I also expect a clear update from the support team and for my account to be unlocked immediately.
