Riot Games Account Hacked and Support Refuses to Help Recover It

My Valorant and League of Legends account connected to Riot Games was taken over without my consent on October 14, 2025. The email address originally linked to my game account is s**************@gmail.com**, and my in-game username is Dracule Mihawk#2009. When I realized I could no longer access my account, I discovered that both the password and the email address associated with the account had been changed without my authorization.

Immediately after the incident, I contacted Riot Games Support and reported that my account had been accessed without permission and that my email and password information had been changed. However, I was denied assistance on the grounds that the account was allegedly purchased, and I was told that no help would be provided to recover the account.

My account is currently completely under the control of third parties, and all of the time, effort, and money I invested in it have effectively been lost. I believe that if the account’s security logs, login IP records, and change history are reviewed, it will be clearly evident that the account was taken over without my consent. I am requesting that my Valorant and League of Legends account be returned to me and that the necessary checks be performed to restore and secure my account.
