I Lost Access to My Riot Games Account After Unauthorized Password Change
I’m upset and need Riot Games to fix this as soon as possible. I bought a Riot Games account from a website last week. After purchasing it, I transferred it to my name, changed the password, and made sure no one else had access. Everything seemed secure. I haven’t logged into the game for about three days, and today I noticed an email in my Gmail inbox that I had missed. It said something about confirming a password change and mentioned that if I didn’t respond within 24 hours, my account would be fine.
But now, I can’t log in at all. Somehow, even though the account was tied to my email and my credentials, someone managed to reset the password and take over. How is this even possible if the account was already fully under my control? This makes no sense and is completely unacceptable.
I feel anxious and angry, especially since I paid ₺ for this account and now it’s been taken from me without any clear reason or explanation. Riot, you need to take this seriously, investigate what happened, and help me recover my account immediately. This is not okay, and I expect direct contact and resolution from your support team—urgently.
