Revolut Transfer Visible but Not Accessible in Bank Account

A money transfer I made to myself from my Revolut account through Ziraat Bank has not been credited to my account for 21 days, even though it entered Turkey on the 1st and is visible in my mobile banking app. I can see the funds on the screen, but I cannot access or use them, and this has caused serious hardship.

When I went to the Ziraat branch in Sakarya and explained the situation, the staff told me they could not take any action themselves and could only call other departments for information. They said they did not know when the funds would be credited to my account or when they might be returned. When I contacted customer service, I was told the transaction is in the refund process, but no clear date or explanation has been provided regarding when the money will be returned to me or sent back to the sender.

The amount in question is approximately $1,120,000, and I urgently need access to these funds. For 21 days, I have neither been able to use my money nor receive any clear information. I request that the funds be credited to my account immediately. If that is not possible, they should be returned to the sending account without further delay, and I expect a clear and detailed explanation of the entire process.
