Reteka Charged Me 11 Times Without Consent – Refusing to Refund

The Reteka app has repeatedly charged my card 11 times for ₺219 each without my knowledge or consent. I have never used this service, yet they keep deducting money from my account.

I reported the issue, but they refused to process a refund, which is completely unacceptable. How can they withdraw money for a service I never used and then deny my refund request? This is unfair and feels like fraud.

I demand an immediate refund for all unauthorized transactions. Reteka must stop these unauthorized charges, investigate this issue, and return my money as soon as possible. I expect a swift resolution!
