I sent an email to ResumeCoach requesting the prompt cancellation of my membership. I haven't signed up for any membership, but you're attempting to charge me. Could you cancel it as soon as possible? If you don't cancel my membership, I'll make sure to post my complaint here every day until I take legal action against you. This website is completely unacceptable.
