Remitly Transfer to KBZ Pay Delayed After Money Deducted From FAB Account
I used Remitly today to send 50 AED from my FAB account as a mobile wallet transfer to a KBZ Pay account in Myanmar, with the wallet number +959771834***. The amount has already been deducted from my FAB account, but after almost two hours the money has still not reached the KBZ Pay wallet. Since the transfer is delayed and the recipient has not received the funds, I want this issue to be checked urgently. I kindly request that you either complete the transfer to the above KBZ Pay account as soon as possible or refund the 50 AED back to my FAB account and explain clearly what caused this problem.
