Remitly Made Sending Money Difficult, the Agent Was Rude to Me
I've been using Remitly for more than 3 years, and sending money has always been easy. Today was pretty frustrating for me. I just wanted to send a little bit, but I got hit with way too many questions that weren't needed. I get that security checks are a thing and I've worked with them before, but this time, the agent was really rude and not professional at all. She just kept cutting me off while I was trying to talk, which made everything way more annoying. It seemed like she had zero patience and didn’t care about helping at all. I’ve always had faith in Remitly, but this situation is making me question if I should keep using their service. Good customer service is important, and loyal customers deserve better than this kind of treatment.
