Remitly Blocked My Account, No Documentation Works To Get It Back

Remitly is just pain sometime, they seem okay for sending money, but other things is not their concern. The other day, gave them all my info to verify my account, like they asked, then they shut it down with no warning and no explanation… tried to talk to customer service, but they just told me to read some article that didn't even answer my questions. Just locked out. It makes you wonder if they even look at your account before they shut it down. And what about all that personal information I gave them? they didn't even bother to ask me what was going on. You had all my info, you could do some research people!!! used them for a while with no problems, now, canceled my account completely, there's no way to fight it.
