Remitly Canceled My Transfer Despite Bank Confirmation and Delayed My Refund
On November 1, I started a move through Remitly, totally expecting it to go without a hitch. Although my bank verified the transfer had gone through right away, I received a cancellation letter from Remitly on November 2 saying they hadn't received the money on time after making the payment by bank transfer. Remitly's assistance contacted me unable to explain the problem and advised I would have to wait ten business days to have my money returned. After more than ten days, I still wait without knowing from their support team any concrete explanations. This encounter has made me doubt their dependability, hence I would advise anyone to use Remitly with care for any remittance needs.
