Remini Charged Me After I Canceled Subscription

I signed up for the free trial on Remini, but I did not want to continue my subscription after it ended. I canceled it before the renewal date, yet the subscription was automatically renewed, and the charge was applied to my account.

I did everything correctly to prevent this charge, yet I was still billed for something I didn’t intend to use. As soon as I saw the charge, I immediately canceled the subscription again, but I should not have to pay for a service I never used.

I demand a full refund for this unauthorized renewal.
