Rajabet Failed to Credit My 50,000 INR UPI Deposit Despite Successful Payment
I have been using Rajabet for a long time, but I am now facing a serious issue regarding a recent deposit. I made a UPI deposit of 50,000 INR to my Rajabet account. The payment was successfully processed, and the amount was deducted from my bank account.
After noticing that the funds had not been credited to my Rajabet balance, I contacted customer support and provided the UPI transaction ID 953486758037 as proof of payment. Despite sharing all the required transaction details, more than 24 hours have passed and the deposit is still missing from my account.
Whenever I contact Rajabet support, I am only told that they have not received the funds. However, they have not provided any clear explanation, investigation result, or practical solution. This response is extremely concerning because a significant amount of money has already left my bank account, yet I still do not have access to the funds on the platform.
I respectfully request that Rajabet urgently investigate this transaction with its payment gateway, banking partners, and relevant payment providers. I ask that the deposit of 50,000 INR be credited to my Rajabet account immediately. If the funds cannot be credited, I request a full refund back to my bank account without further delay.
I also expect a detailed explanation regarding the cause of this issue, along with written confirmation of the actions taken to resolve it. As a long-time customer, I would like reassurance that similar problems will not occur in future transactions and that customer funds are being handled securely and transparently.
