While playing a ranked match in Rainbow Six Siege through GeForce Now, my session expired, forcing me to exit and re-enter the game. Due to this unavoidable situation, I was hit with a two-hour ban for not being able to continue the match. This punishment feels unjust, as it was a technical issue, not intentional behavior. I urge Ubisoft to review the circumstances before issuing bans in such cases.

Additionally, my reputation score dropped unnecessarily due to baseless reports. I noticed this after simply typing "gg" (good game) at the end of a match. It seems someone reported me without reason, unfairly impacting my reputation. I request Ubisoft to address these issues and ensure penalties are applied only after proper investigation.
