Raid Plug-In Mosquito Repeller Overheats and Leaks, Posing Severe Fire Hazard

I purchased a Raid brand plug-in mosquito repeller from the Şok Market location on Kadir Has Street in Kocasinan, Kayseri. I had used this exact product before without any issues; however, this time, shortly after I plugged it in, it began emitting a burnt smell and leaking, which caused serious panic and distress in our home.

I bought the product either yesterday or today. Because we threw away the receipt and packaging, we only have the device itself remaining. Nevertheless, since I believe this product poses a severe safety hazard, I demand a thorough investigation and a full refund of $9 (319 TL).

I believe this product creates both a health risk and a dangerous fire hazard. Therefore, I request that necessary steps be taken promptly to resolve my grievance and to prevent similar hazardous incidents from happening to other customers.
