Why Was My PUBG Mobile Account Banned?

On November 9, 2025, my PUBG Mobile account (ID: 5142**54000) on iOS was banned without any rule violation. Because my account was also blocked via Facebook, I cannot access it at all. I purchased the account with cash payment, and this is the first time I’m experiencing such a ban.

So far, I haven’t contacted customer service and I’ve received no notification or explanation about why my account was banned. I request information on the reason for the ban and that my account be reopened.

I kindly ask for my grievance to be resolved as soon as possible.
